LESSONS

  • Consist of the times specified when the booking was made.
  • Lesson start times may vary by 15 minutes before & up to 15 Minutes after the Booked Time.
  • Lessons start at the appointed pickup place and finish after 1 hour or 90 minutes (depending on your lesson type).
  • If the Driving Instructor is late, it is the responsibility of the Driving Instructor to make sure you still have the time specified.
  • If the student is late, it is the responsibility of the student and the lesson starts from the time it was booked.
  • License MUST be available at the start of all lessons for inspection.

INSTRUCTOR/STUDENT SICKNESS

  • If the Instructor is sick and he feels he should not be teaching that day, or part day he has the right like any employee of any business to not work that day. (This means the lesson will be moved to another day at an agreed time)
  • If the Student is sick the Student MUST Telephone or Text Message the Driving Instructor and move the lesson to different day/time, refer to Cancellation Notice of a Lesson.
  • Payment MUST BE MADE for each lesson at the time of the lesson, unless a “PACKAGE DEAL” has been arranged.
  • Pricing subject to change without notice after 3 Months from date of first Lesson or the renew date of a Package Deal.
  • Accounts MUST be PAID in full depending on the Package Deal Purchased failure to pay the Package Deal as agreed will result in Package Deal Cancellation – Refer to Cancellation of Package Deal.

Cancellation Notice of a LESSON

  • 24 hours’ notice MUST be given for the cancellation of a lesson.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice WILL be subject to a full fee being charged, invoice paid within 7 working days.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice WILL be subject to a “PACKAGE DEAL” lesson forfeited.
